On Saturday 14th June as the poster says above, Posties Rejects we be at the Broadside Games Show, in Gillingham putting on a demo game once again. This is usually the only show we put on a demo game at throughout the year, so come and say hi!
Some of the Rejects meet up over the weekend to play test Richard's game that he's hosting. Richard has painted up the armies and made all the terrain to refight the Battle of Rivoli in 1797, during the French Revolutionary Wars.
Here are a few shots of the figures and terrain to wet your appetite
All the figures are from the great range of 6mm MDF figures made by Commission Figurines, there website is down at the moment? But you can contact them on the Facebook site. here.
In the practice game the Austrians were smashed by some fantastic die rolls from Chris, he's never usually this lucky.
Hey Ray! Do you ever see Lurker at these meetups?
ReplyDeleteAfraid not, Ivy. Fran moved back to Ireland in 2015, he came back to England the following years, but we've not spoken face to face since then. We do chat on the phone or over facebook from time to time, but he has a lot of trouble getting online, living slap bang in the middle of Ireland. Still miss the miserable old git though!
