I dug these figures out of the deepest darkest depths of my lead draw just before Christmas, they're looking for a new home, so they're up for sale on ebay, at the moment for the measly sum of £35.99, that's just under £1 per figure?
Check out the Battleaxe Blog for a few more pics.
These guys are painted up to represent the Fearless 28th Maori Battalion for Flames of War WW2 rules.
Nicely done Ray.
ReplyDeleteWhat? No haka?
ReplyDeleteThat's far to energetic for me John!
DeleteGreat job Ray, best of luck with them.
ReplyDeleteThese look nice, I assume the auction has a while to go

Nice one Brian!!!!
DeleteGreat job on them. Hope the sale goes well
ReplyDeleteMe too!
DeleteGood luck for those great minis!
ReplyDeletePhil.
Good job. Less than one pound per figure is a steal.
ReplyDeleteVery nice Ray I am sure they will fly
ReplyDeleteThis is the one time that your figures aren't showing up well in the photograph. I think you could use more contrast between the figures and their surroundings. They are lovely and the price is excellent, best wishes on the sale!
ReplyDeleteThey were quite difficult to photograph.
DeleteThey should sell as they look good!
ReplyDeleteChristopher
Nice job, Ray.
ReplyDeleteI hope you sell them all. And no, Frozen Turd wasn't a new recipe although if it were, ick, ick, icky.
ReplyDeleteCheers and boogie boogie.
28 Battalion? Look like Ockkers to me Ray...No Kiwi in their right mind wore a slouch hat in WW2.
ReplyDeleteNicely done however!
Never heard of the Ockkers?
DeleteNice work Ray!!
ReplyDeleteLooking at that picture I get the feeling you don't want to sell these figures! :-D
ReplyDeleteGreetings

I really enjoyed painting them Peter, and do wish they didn't have to go.
DeleteGood looking bunch. I've always had a hard time selling figures that I've painted. Good luck to my wife when my time comes...
ReplyDeleteFlames of War...I've heard of that! ha ha ha Best of luck, Ray.
