What a weekend!!!

What a weekend!!
I still can't quite believe that England are through to the semi finals of the Euros, but what a fantastic win that was last night against Ukraine. I was quite confident that we we win from the start, but not 4-0 and not the way the team played?
You know what, I don't wanna say it but it may well " Be coming home!"

And to make the weekend even better, the Rejects are back together again at Reject HQ for our first game together in person since the 7th March 2020, that's a ridiculous 484 days!"
Unfortunately some of the lads can't make it, but it'll be a massive Napoleonic bash 2 v 2, starting at 10o'clock this morning.
Now I gotta be honest, I'm still a little delicate after last nights win, so I'd like the other side to be a little kinda than the England team was to Ukraine last night......
Can't see that happening though?

So bring on the game today, (I do feel quite excited) and bring on Denmark on Wednesday!!!

  1. Looking forward to the report on the Napoleonic game starting in 10 minutes. Is Big Lee attending or is he still picking Polish lance splinters out of his bum after the Battle of Landsberg?
    All the best.

    1. BigLee is in attendance, but is still waiting for the large tweezers to arrive in the post, to help with the splinters.

  7. Been following the matches here in the US--great win for England. Up until now, they haven't looked very convincing (to my unschooled eye), but they as they say in US sports, they are peaking at the right time. Big national team win followed by a Napoleonic reunion bash: it doesn't get much better. Live for the moment!

  9. We can live in hope! One game at a time, I have to say I didn't recognise England in the Ukraine game, they just seemed too calm and competent!

  10. Look forward to AAR
Now cant say I am an England supporter but if they happen to end up in final vs Italy I will be, after that shameful display of cynical histrionics and outright cheating vs Belgium. Its no wonder I prefer Rugby any day of the week…….
