RP No 167 Donnybrook - Lord Francis Fezziwig

This rather dashing??? looking chap was one of my entries into the Analogue Painting Challenge back in March. I'm not sure of the make of the figure but it could be Old Glory?? Any ideas?
He was an 18th century figure, with the usual ponytail  but after a little conversion work, with the addition of a rather poncy wig, he fits right into the previous century and as luck would have it, my Donnybrook collection!!!

I did ask, on the Painting Challenge post for a few suitable names for this porky chap, only two were given. Adam from Fencing Frog came up with Lord Fezziwig, while Ian from A Blog With No Name, thought of the name Fran for some reason? Can't think why, can you?
So Lord Francis Fezziwig was born.

  1. It's a good Name for such a character. And I am sure Donnybrook will benefit from his misrule.

  2. From the neck up, I would think he was a Dixon samurai :) Just kidding, Ray. No idea who made him, but he certainly is a dashing character nonetheless.

    1. You asked about the nitrate free bacon. I don't know all that much about it but I do know it has less salt, tastes better (to me), and doesn't give me a headache when I eat it.

Hope all is well on your end. Boogie boogie.

  17. Great paint job Ray...but he needs to stop downing 8 pints with his fish suppers. It's affecting his figure.
