 Well that's it. What a great day I had, I thoroughly recommend a trip to Bovington, if you haven't already been. Just try and not take your wife and two daughters though!!!

  1. Your timing was good - I heard that the Elefant has to go back to the US by the end of the year.. just love those Italian AFV's... and as for the tankette they must have had balls of steel to go to war in one of them, kudos indeed.. :o)

  4. Worth the wait (which was not long at all) Just as good as part 1. Bravo sir excellent stuff.

    I can only imagine what the kids and wife will make you attend in compensation! Whatever revenge they may want I am sure you ate up to the challenge.

  7. Great pictures mate. Its lucky you got to see the Elephant as its going back to the US Army Ordnance Training & Heritage Center (Fort Lee, VA) at the end of the year.

  8. More nice images of a great collection, Ray. Interestingly, when I visited the museum in Mar 2013, I couldn't find the Tiger I and Panther. Again, having only spent a few hours, I might've missed where it was placed. I did see the two Tiger II's, Jadgpanther and JadgTiger though.
