The Doctor and Pond

My pal Keir has been moaning and groaning for months, "When are you gonna put my Dr Who figures on your blog!!" So I've finally given in and posted them.
For his birthday earlier in the year me and Fran, bought Keir, a non-wargaming Dr Who nut, a few figures for his shelf. Fran painted The Doctor figure, but I had to re-base and re-paint some bits as they weren't the correct colours, now I don't know whose to blame here, they're both blaming each other, so I'm claiming painting credit!! Amy was a difficult paint, I just couldn't get her ginger, (yes ginger Fran!!) hair to look right, but I'm happy how it turned out in the end. Both the figures come from Heresy Miniatures, but I can't remember who made the Tardis model??? Any ideas??
I've previously posted Keir's Daleks that I painted up here.

Keir, the Dr Who Nut!
I'd just told him I was turning Dr Who off the TV

  2. Damn - I saw loads of Tardis models at Colours can't remember who was selling them as I wasn't in the market so to speak... I do remember they had a clear plastic one that I thought was clever...

  3. Very nice mate. I keep meaning to pick some of these up can't make my mind up between these and the crooked dice ones.

  4. I thought these looked more like the actual TV characters, but Crooked Dice do make some great stuff.
The Tardis is definitely not Black tree.... damn who did I get it from?????

  6. I have never seen Dr Who in my life, so my question is, why does Amy have a mustache?

Also, that is the smallest police station I have ever seen...

  7. A good joint, single or all 100% your effort Ray.

Thought the last few editions of Doctor Who were pants, it seened they were just trying too hard to make them sureal, rather than a little back to basics action.

But hell what do I know.

  18. Jog on, Keir's a weirdo and should be glad to get a $25.00 paintjob figure for nothing.
