For the first time ever I went to Salute with no list and no pre-orders. I thought I'd wing it for a change? My first purchase was at Col Bills where I took full advantage of their 4Ground sale, buying 4 Dutch buildings in 25mm. I then bought the extension floors from 4Ground.
I'm trying to tidy up in my shed (yeh right!) So I bought these 2 trays for 4L really useful boxes.
3 books from Paul Meekins, I may well have another Donnybrook excursion??
Or perhaps a Rebels & Patriots one???
Lastly this rather meager amount of lead!
Ravens from warbases
A Crann Tara Limber and artillery piece from Col Bill
A campfire set from ??? Can't remember?
And finally some Goats and chickens from Pendraken's new animal range
And there ends my Loot post!
Nice haul!
ReplyDeleteCheers Jonathan!
DeleteGreat haul Ray, and all seemingly set within the one genre? I wish I could be so disciplined!!
ReplyDeleteDon't know how I do it?
DeleteOh to be so focused. I am all over the place with my projects.
ReplyDeleteComes with age?!?
DeleteThat's a surprisingly small haul Ray :)
ReplyDeleteThat's what I thought!
DeleteA quality goodie bag, Ray.
ReplyDeleteCheers, Ross
Cheers Ross!
DeleteNot a bad haul
ReplyDeleteCheers Neil!
DeleteLooking forward to seeing those buildings table-ready, so get cracking Ray!
ReplyDeleteMe too Ev!
DeleteThe two reasons why I do not go there: the distance and the wallet! Great haul Ray!
ReplyDeleteMy wallet is still in pain now Phil.
DeleteA very tidy haul! Didn’t realise Pendraken we’re doing 25mm - top tip!
ReplyDelete15's and 25' I believe?
DeleteThat looks very moderate and restrained, are you sure there isn't another bag?!
ReplyDeleteBest Iain
Nope not this time.
DeleteThe 4Ground buildings were a nice little bargain. Nice haul mate.
ReplyDeleteCheers Lee!
DeleteYou are a model of self control is a sea of avarice. I have used the picture from your car boot to point out to the wife other people buys lots of this "silly stuff". Not sure how effective it is but she may be reaching out to your wife to plot against us.
ReplyDeleteI shall tell the mrs not to answer any overseas calls!
DeleteWell worth the visit, must look at the Dutch buildings myself when I get the famed fortune back in the black.
ReplyDeleteThey are rather nice. I'm looking forward to building them.
DeleteGreat looking haul Ray!
ReplyDeleteChristopher
Thanks Chris!!!
DeleteOkay, but between us how much did you really buy and leave around Posties? Not what you declared to your wife!
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't declare anything to the blessed Mrs R, Clint. But this time my haul was that small!!
DeleteA splendid haul Sir.
ReplyDeleteWhy thank you Sir M!
DeleteNot terrible. All seems reasonable to me. 😀
ReplyDeleteCheers Stew!
DeleteLooking forward to seeing it all built up/ painted!!!
ReplyDeleteMe too!
DeleteHope you had a van Ray.
ReplyDeleteI certainly did!
DeleteConsidering you seemed to have free rein, that seemed a very restrained haul.
ReplyDeleteVery restrained Joe!
ReplyDeleteI see you bought Rebels and Patriots Ray. This is your chance to do a period you quite fancied but didn't want to buy and paint hundreds of figures for.
